Sending the Order by the Customer is a declaration of will to conclude a Sales Agreement with FAIR TRADE PRICE, in accordance with the Regulations.

The contract is treated as concluded with the moment the Customer receives the e-mail referred to above.
The sales contract is concluded in Polish and English with the content in accordance with the Regulations.
The right to withdraw from the contract
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the date on which you came into possession of the item or in which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the item.
To exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org and your decision to withdraw from this contract by an explicit statement (for example, a letter sent by post).
To keep the deadline to withdraw from the contract, it is enough for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract.
Effects of withdrawal from the contract

The right to withdraw from the contract
1. On the basis of the Act on the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product of March 2, 2000, the customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract.
2. The Client being a Consumer may withdraw from the sales agreement without giving reasons, by submitting a relevant statement in writing within 10 (ten) days from the date of delivery. To comply with this deadline, it is enough to send a statement before its expiry.
3. In case of effective withdrawal from the sales contract, the contract is considered void. the customer is obliged to return the purchased goods immediately, no later than within 14 (fourteen) days.
4. Within 14 days from the withdrawal by the customer from the contract, the Shop Owner returns the paid amount to the customer.
5. The right to withdraw is not due to the client in the cases specified in the Act referred to in paragraph. 1 above, so in cases:
a. provision of services commenced, with the Consumer's consent, before 10 days from the date of conclusion of the contract;
b. regarding audio and video recordings and recorded on IT data carriers after the Consumer has removed their original packaging;
c. contracts for services for which the price or remuneration depends exclusively on price movements in the financial market;
d. services with properties specified by the consumer in an order placed by him or closely related to his own;
e. benefits which due to their nature can not be returned or whose subject is quickly spoiled;
f. press delivery;
g. Gambling services.
Complaints about the Goods
FAIR TRADE PRICE as a seller is liable to a customer who is a consumer within the meaning of art. 22 of the Civil Code, under the warranty for defects in the scope specified in the Civil Code, in particular in art. 556 and art. 556 - 556 of the Civil Code.
Complaints arising from the infringement of the rights of the customer guaranteed by law or under these Regulations should be directed to email@example.com. They undertake to consider each complaint within 14 days, and if this was not possible, to inform the customer during this period when the complaint will be considered.
FAIR TRADE PRICE is not a producer of goods. The manufacturer bears responsibility for the incompatibility of the product with the description. FAIR TRADE PRICE can mediate in the exchange of information between: Producer - Customer.
Complaints regarding the provision of services by electronic means
FAIR TRADE PRICE takes steps to ensure that the Store operates properly, to the extent that results from current technical knowledge and undertakes to remove any irregularities reported by customers within a reasonable time.
The Customer is obliged to immediately notify FAIR TRADE PRICE about any irregularities or interruptions in the functioning of the Online Store website.
In the complaint, the Customer should provide his name and surname, correspondence address, type and date of irregularities related to the functioning of the Store.
FAIR TRADE PRICE undertakes to examine each complaint within 14 days, and if it was not possible, to inform the customer during this period, when the complaint will be considered.
